Love your fruits? Check your sugars!

Fruit is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, a great source of fiber, and provides natural sugars for that sweet tooth we have!  How MUCH sugar is really in each of our beloved fruits though?



131g of carbs and 98g of sugar in raisins!  Wild!  While fruit is of course part of a healthy, whole and balanced diet, be careful not to go overboard on some of these on a daily basis!  Knowledge is power!
