Recipe of the Week: Shrimp Salsa!

Turn your regular salsa into a protein packed crowd pleaser! Our shrimp salsa recipe is easy to make and easier to enjoy. Serve as a meal, dip, or salad topper.

Ingredients

16 ounces cooked, peeled, and chopped
juice from 3 limes
4 tomatoes, diced
1/2 of a medium red onion, chopped
1 jalapeno chopped ( you can use more or less )
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs minced cilantro

Directions

After chopping and dicing your ingredients, combine them in a large bowl with the salt and lime juice.
place in refrigerator for at least an hour to let the flavors combine.
