Take the Heuser New Year/New You 16-Day Challenge

Heuser Fitness Fans… YOU’VE BEEN CHALLENGED!

Take the 16-Day Heuser New Year Challenge and compete for a swag bag to start off the New Year/New You. Work your way through the holidays and earn some extra cheat calories.

Starting Monday, December 16, in addition to your normal routine, complete the following 16 exercises every day until 12/31/13. You must complete the prescribed reps and complete all 16 exercises each of the 16 days.

16 Pushups

15 Situps (or crunch)

14 Mountain Climbers per leg (or Kicks)

13 Leg Raises (on your back)

12 (Jump) Squats (or calf raise)

11 Tricep Dips

10 Burpees or Speed Squats (or Jump Jacks)

9 Superman

8 Jump Lunges per leg (or side kicks)

7 Donkey Kicks per leg

6 Flights of Stairs (up and down = 1)

5 V-Ups

4 Inchworms 

3 Rounds of Fast Feet for 20 seconds each

2 minutes Wall Sit

1 minute Plank (Toes and Elbows)
